SVP— on the weekend of 23rd/24th May we welcome Maria Lynch, St Vincent de Paul (SVP) membership support officer to say a few words about the work of the SVP.
Kevin McAuly's Funeral Service will take place at 1pm on Wednesday 29th April.
Feast of St Anthony of Padua 4th—12th June 2026
on Tuesday 9th June at 6.30 pm The Deanery Priests will celebrate Holy Mass with the main Celebrant being Canon Johnathan Veasey, Vicar General of the Archdiocese of Birmingham.
Saturday 13th June at 6.30 pm Feast of St Anthony of Padua Solemn Holy Mass, the main Celebrant will be Rt. Rev. Timothy Menezes, Auxiliary Bishop of Archdiocese of Birmingham (in charge of Dudley and Wolverhampton).
School Mass Friday 17th July at 09:30 am
Sunday 4th October 10am Concluding of the Golden Jubilee of the Consecration of St Anthony of Padua Church. Main Celebrant The Most Reverand Bernard Longley, The Archbishop of Birmingham.
50/50 Club
The next draw of the 50/50 club will take place on Sunday,
3rd May 2026.
All money for that draw should be handed in by 27th April 2026 so that prize money can be calculated.
Request for new members
If a few more people would join the 50/50 Club for the next 6 months we could improve on the £3235 we raised for the church last year and perhaps make £4000 this year with the same amount being paid out in prizes. If you are willing to join and choose a number please ask Liz, Gail or Anne
